We shared again with the lovely Steph and Plum, the passing from one year to the next, at their stunning appartement in Nice.
Leaving behind what has been a dismal, grey and cold English winter, we arrived on the Promenade des Anglais to bright sunshine and spring temperature. Just standing on the beach was a real tonic.
To reflect on 2024. Positives – some wonderful travels, Marrakech and India being particular highlights; 2024 saw a return to St Tropez; and in between, life passed uneventfully by (uneventful being a positive!). Milestones – Anthony started his last school year and turned 18. Leaving in its wake an unnerving mix of powerful feelings both of immense pride at the wonderful young man he has become, and an element of sadness that childhood is over.
Not bad for a lunchtime view on January 1st 2025. Bonne Année !!
